Mô tả công việc
- To perform marketing activities of the asset owned by the Group.
- To lead the marketing seminars and events.
- To generate leads, engage and negotiate with potential prospects in leasing industrial space owned by the Group.
- To lead and manage the full process from lead generation till handover of industrial space.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor degree in any trade.
- Minimum 7 years of real estate marketing experience, preferably in industrial asset.
- Able to speak and write both English and Vietnamese well. Third language in Chinese, Japanese, or Korean will have added advantage.
- Possesses good network with business association, real estate consultants, government promotion agencies, and other business agencies.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to work in Hanoi and travel when required.
