POSITION OBJECTIVE
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies specifically tailored for the retail industry to drive foot traffic, increase sales, and enhance brand visibility.
RESPONSIBILITIES (Main and detail information)
1. Planning: develop and execute marketing strategies and plan aligning with overall business goals as well as staying up-to-date on consumer trends and competitive landscape
2. Tracking: Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and make recommendations for improvement
3. Budget control: develop and manage budgets of related marketing activities.
4. Department management: recruit, train, and manage team members to ensure the highest level of performance and productivity.
5. Promotion: create and implement trade marketing promotions concept and activities that drive sales and revenue.
6. In-store events: create and implement in-store activation activities to drive traffic to store such as store opening, anniversaries events,...
7. Membership: develop and execute strategies that increase customer loyalty and membership.
8. Online content: manage the company's online presence, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO) and other online platforms.
9. Digital marketing campaign: oversee the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns.
10. Online reputation: monitor the company's online reputation, and track and analyze web traffic and engagement metrics.
11. PR and Communication: manage relationships with the media, develop press releases and other communication materials, and respond to media inquiries.
12. Overseeing graphic design team, ensuring that all marketing materials are visually appealing and consistent with the company's branding guidelines.
13. Develop marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, product packaging and labeling.
14. Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.

Yêu cầu
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in marketing roles, with 3 years in managerial or leadership position.
- Familiar with trade marketing strategies, merchandising techniques, digital and branding strategies, especially as they relate to the retail industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies within the retail industry.
- Knowledge of market research techniques and analysis, including the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Knowledge:
- Experience working with retail-specific marketing channels, such as grand opening event planning, in-store events, and experiential marketing.
- Knowledge of retail-specific regulations and compliance requirements
Foreign language:
- English and Vietnamese
Skills:
- Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and retail marketing best practices
- Project management skills.
