Mô tả công việc
Offline Marketing
You will be one of the core team members who will help influence the Company's key decision makers in strategic planning and long-term decision making. Manage and develop the Marketing team to deliver the best service experience to customers.
Organize and supervise advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV, etc.), exhibitions, activations and promotional events with existing partners to archive User KPI and Merchants commitments, branding.
Ensure company guideline applying comprehensive together with design approval procedure.
Check and correct design layout, content of finished artwork.
Ensure fast and effective crisis management in the event of actual or potential negative comments.
Maintain relationships with media suppliers and publishers to ensure cooperation in advertising activities.
Work closely with sales team to ensure trade marketing strategies are aligned with sales objectives and revenue target.
2. Digital Marketing
Strong understanding Online User insight, digital marketing
Plan and support for Online Marketing Strategy
Identify target segments to deliver optimal activities, programs offerings and value propositions to increasing active users from register
Lead & control performance of agencies, art service & other vendors to achieve traffic KPI, CPC, CPO
Utilization of Google Ads Words, Google Analytics, other SEO tools for ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization.
Strong leadership, performance tracking & team management of CS; Content, Event & Design team
Having skill to make video clip on social media, especially tiktok.
3. Others
Production Video / Virtual Clip & support designing.
Support Tech team on creating platform functions.
