"The Marketing Manager is responsible to lead and deploy all marketing-related activities by a team of 2 dedicated marketing specialists, several local agencies and with the support of headquarters. This position requires experience, enthusiasm and proactive approach to promote the image and increase the sales of a foreign automotive brand.
* Management
- Managing a team of 2 marketing specialists, task management and skills development
- Coordination of all marketing activities with other departments, dealers, agencies, partners and headquarters
* Market analysis and product marketing
- Monitoring competitors, market trends, price positioning, special offers
- Analysis and development of GAZ vehicles line-up
- Development of price positioning (vehicles, options), price lists including options, promotions
* Dealer marketing and brand identity
- Deployment and follow up on marketing and advertising plans
- POS-materials development: brochures, leaflets, catalogues, souvenirs etc.
- Adapt and follow-up corporate brand identity standards
* Advertising & PR
- Media planning, budgeting, approval with TOP-management and headquarters
- Advertising materials development (TV, radio, press, digital)
- Deployment and control of advertising campaigns, efficiency analysis
- Communication with mass media, preparation and proof-reading of press releases
- Origination of special events: press conferences, presentations, exhibitions, test drives, etc.
- Collaboration with bloggers and other influencers
- Tracking of media space, reputation management
* Digital and SMM
- Website support and development: products, prices, special offers, news, events, etc.
- SEO and context advertising management
- SMM management: Facebook, YouTube, Instagram etc..

Yêu cầu
* EDUCATION
- Degree in marketing / finance
* SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE "
- Excellent knowledge of marketing techniques to promote the sales of products (vehicles)
- Excellent organizational, presentational skills"
* PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE "
- Min 3 years experience as a marketing manager or head of marketing in a well-known international brand
- Cross-functional interaction with Sales, Finance, Aftersales, Development, PR & advertizing agencies
- Experience with light commercial vehicles and trucks is an advantage"
* KNOWLEDGE OF FOREIGN LANGUAGES
- English, upper-intermediate level, both written and spoken is a must (required for cross-functional communications)
* PC KNOWLEDGE
- Advanced user of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
