OVERVIEW
GTE Localize is looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our B2B marketing efforts across global markets. This role will be responsible for building a strong, consistent brand presence across digital channels while driving performance marketing outcomes
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead and manage a team of 4-6 members, ensuring effective collaboration and high performance
- Oversee branding and social media strategy, ensuring consistent messaging and strong brand positioning across global markets.
- Drive performance marketing initiatives to generate qualified leads, optimize conversion rates, and maximize ROI across channels (e.g., paid ads, SEO, email campaigns).
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and continuous optimization
- Join with HR to recruit, provide training, and evaluate the performance of team members.
Yêu cầu
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with exposure to global markets.
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a team.
- Comfortable in using English.
- Hands-on experience managing both Branding & Social Media and Performance Marketing - ideally with a strong background in branding/content.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with effective prioritization, demonstrate a proactive and ownership-driven mindset, and maintain high performance under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
