• Develop and execute Trade Marketing programs at Points of Sale (POS), showrooms, and distribution channels
• Design in-store displays and merchandising solutions to enhance product visibility
• Build sell-out programs (bundles, promotions, incentives) aligned with sales targets
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure effective execution in the field
• Monitor sell-out performance and continuously optimize sales-driven activities
3. Digital & Social Media Management
• Manage all Social Media channels (Facebook, TikTok, Website...) to build brand presence and drive consumer demand
• Align content strategies with ongoing sales campaigns and business objectives
• Track performance metrics and optimize content to improve engagement and conversion
• Stay updated with market trends and implement relevant digital initiatives
4. Team Management & Marketing Operations
• Lead, assign, and oversee the Marketing team (Content, Design, Ads)
• Train and develop team capabilities
• Build and optimize workflows to ensure efficiency and quality output
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Logistics, Customer Service) for campaign execution
• Take responsibility for team performance and overall Marketing results
5. Budget Management & Performance Tracking
• Plan and control Marketing budgets
• Monitor and analyze key metrics: traffic, conversion rate, revenue, ROI
• Prepare periodic reports and propose optimization strategies
6. Industry Knowledge & Product Orientation
• Demonstrate strong understanding of the tech/accessories market and trends
• Translate technical product specifications into clear customer benefits
• Support the Sales team with product knowledge and selling points
