Key Responsibilities
• Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for Silverlake and related project components.
• Coordinate the creation of brochures, presentations, fact sheets, digital content and investment marketing materials.
• Support public relations initiatives, media outreach and relationships with TV channels, press and external agencies.
• Develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns, events, exhibitions and business networking activities.
• Manage and coordinate branding consistency across all project communications and visual collateral.
• Support
business development initiatives through marketing-driven lead generation and strategic partnerships.
• Coordinate with architects, designers and consultants to ensure high-quality project presentation materials.
• Assist in organizing conferences, investor events, exhibitions and international promotional activities.
• Manage website updates, social media coordination and
digital marketing initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and branding opportunities within the real estate and life sciences sectors.
• Work closely with senior management on strategic positioning and corporate communications.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• Minimum 4-7 years of experience in marketing, branding, PR or related fields.
• Strong experience in creating professional marketing collateral and coordinating external agencies.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and design presentation standards.
• Experience in real estate, high-tech, life sciences or large-scale mixed-use projects is preferred.
• Confident in working within fast-paced, high-level business environments.
