We are a well-established Chartered Accounting practice (CA) based in Sydney, Australia.
This role is offered through one of our clients - an Australian promotional product business.
This position focuses on the development, optimisation, and ongoing maintenance of marketing systems, including WordPress platforms, API integrations, and automation workflows. The role also involves coordinating and supporting the execution of digital content and marketing campaigns to ensure consistency, efficiency, and alignment across channels and requires proficient use of AI over and above standard prompting.

• Location: 2nd floor, MORE Building, 27c Quoc Huong Street, An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Manage and improve a WordPress-based product catalogue (API-driven)
• Troubleshoot and maintain product feeds and integrations
• Utilize AI tools for workflow automation
• Coordinate freelancers (
designers,
developers,
video editors)
• Keep systems organised, clean, and running efficiently
• Strong English communication skills, with daily interaction with the Australian team
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues independently
• Strong experience with WordPress maintenance, API data integration, and project management.
• Experience in social media, video editing tools such as CapCut, and AI prompting or AI agents is preferred.
• Exposure to Google and Meta ad campaigns is an advantage.
• Experience with tools such as VEED, Buzzsprout, CapCut, Canva, Claude, WordPress, and Grammarly is a plus.
