+ Community Manager (40%)
● Build the structure and operational model for the Community Management (CM) team in global markets.
● Propose monthly strategic plans to grow the community.
● Create daily English content for announcement posts, game events, etc., to reach the community.
● Collect and compile ideas/organize social media events related to the NFT gaming industry.
● Build a community group for the NFT game project.
+ Marketing & Partnership (60%)
● Find partners for PR and Marketing activities for the NFT game project: AMA, YouTube reviewers, press, websites, Twitter, fan pages, TikTok, KOL influencers.
● Manage and expand new partners while maintaining long-term relationships with existing ones, ensuring cooperation effectiveness.
● Research market trends and competitors to propose suitable partnership strategies.
● Track, measure, and report the effectiveness of collaboration activities.
Yêu cầu
● At least 1-3 years of experience in Partnership /
Business Development / Marketing, preferably with experience in NFT, Crypto, or Blockchain.
● At least 1 year of community management experience in the crypto or technology field.
● Experience in organizing events and community activities.
● A wide network in the Web3, NFT community is a strong advantage.
● Understanding of Web3, NFT trends, etc.
● Good communication, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
● Basic skills in image/video editing tools are a plus.
● Proactive mindset, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Interview process: 2 rounds - Round 1: Online test → Round 2: Interview with CEO (offline).
