Job description
This role is to recruitment of Can-Achieve major partner programs at the United State, to increase Can-Achieve brand image and assist local Vietnam partners to understand the programs and our aims.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY
- Deep understanding of market segmentation for both specified study abroad programs and industry type, familiar with local Vietnam agent companies and able to consult with local agent with specific school suggestions and action for school market workshops and events
- Collecting application documents from local agent and able to pre-scanning the application documents before sending to case processors in Beijing Headquarter office to understand the application status, and translation work, as needed.
- Actively contacting or visiting local agent partners and able to offer a training of Can-Achieve programs and maintain quality partner relationship with local agents in order to increase student recruitment number.
- Accomplish the target achievement of recruitment in each year that in the certain programs or regions.
Yêu cầu
- Have fluent English skills, with strong reading, writing, and public speaking abilities. Other East Asian languages also helpful)
- Bachelor's degree in local or higher from an accredited American institution (if applicable)
- Desire to work on a multi-cultural team in an international environment, and understanding the global culture background of company
- Creativity, flexibility, and the ability to work cooperatively
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Possess strong work ethic, communication skills, and organizational and time management abilities
- Interest in learning and contributing to program development
- Visa eligibility (Vietnamese citizens): minimum 2-3 years working experience in International Education filed and process US applications of visa and institutions.
