We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in digital marketing strategies, have strong analytical skills, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and PPC advertising
Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to optimize marketing strategies
Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and informative marketing materials, such as blog posts, videos, and infographics
Manage and monitor social media accounts, including creating content calendars and analyzing metrics to measure engagement and reach
Implement and manage email marketing campaigns, including creating email templates and tracking open and click-through rates
Monitor and analyze website traffic and engagement to identify areas for improvement and growth
Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and partners to increase brand exposure and reach
Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize and adjust strategies as needed
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in digital marketing techniques and tools

Requirements:
Experience in creating and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across various platforms
Proficiency in Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and PPC advertising platforms
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
