Mô tả công việc
- Execute marketing campaigns with business partners and support initiatives guided by brand/product managers.
- Participate in the planning and execution of demand generation campaigns, serving as an extended support role within the organization.
- Liaise and coordinate with vendors for joint marketing activities.
- Organize events, including planning F&B, facilities, and providing on-site support.
- Prepare promotional collateral such as channel flyers and other advertising materials as needed.
- Support the planning and execution of programs in collaboration with sales business units.
- Track and monitor leads and opportunities with brand teams.
- Manage e-marketing campaigns and generate reports to support the MDF claims process.
- Oversee MDF (Marketing Development Fund), Co-op, and related system reporting.
- Collaborate with the finance team on MDF claims status.
- Handle invoice processing for the marketing department.
Yêu cầu
- Degree in Marketing or Business Administration, or its equivalent
- Min 5 years relevant experience
- IT Industry preferred only, experienced in fast-paced environment.
- Channels & Marketing driven.
- Exposure to creativity & marketing events
- Exposure to
Digital Marketing experience an advantage.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team.
- Experience in working with sales environment.
- Foresight and analytical skills to align with global strategies.
- Good written and communication skill in English
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Capable of building strong network with suppliers, customers and internal sales team and capitalize on the network to build organization presence.
- Meticulous towards details, reporting of marketing analysis.
- Experience in handling channels marketing/partners alliance/PR agencies would be added advantage.
