Digital Marketing and Technology company providing design, digital product development, and marketing solutions to businesses across Vietnam and international markets.
We are currently building a dedicated team to support our partnership project with Ariseo, a fast-growing multi-brand fashion platform expanding into international markets. Ariseo develops and distributes a curated portfolio of fashion brands, including BunnyHill Concept and DirtyCoins, with the vision of bringing Southeast Asian fashion brands closer to customers around the world.
We're looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to grow our fashion brand through engaging content, social media, and performance marketing. You will be responsible for building brand awareness, driving online sales, and creating campaigns that connect with our audience. You'll also leverage the latest AI-powered tools and marketing technologies to work more efficiently and continuously improve campaign performance
Key Responsibilities
Creative & Campaign Development
• Brainstorm campaign concepts for product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand collaborations.
• Work closely with photographers, designers, and
content creators to produce compelling marketing assets.
• Write persuasive ad copy, product descriptions, email campaigns, and landing page content.
• Stay updated with fashion, lifestyle, and social media trends.
AI & Marketing Innovation
• Utilize AI-powered tools to accelerate content creation, creative ideation, market research, campaign optimization, and reporting.
• Continuously explore new marketing technologies and recommend improvements.
• Develop efficient workflows that increase productivity and reduce repetitive work.
Social Media &
Brand Marketing• Develop and execute social media strategies across social media platforms.
• Plan monthly content calendars that align with product launches, campaigns, and seasonal collections.
• Create engaging content, captions, reels, and stories that strengthen our brand identity.
• Build and engage an online community by interacting with followers and responding to trends.
Performance Marketing
• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Monitor and improve key marketing metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, and conversion rates.
• Conduct A/B testing on audiences, creatives, offers, and landing pages.
• Scale successful campaigns while maintaining marketing efficiency.
Analytics & Reporting
• Track campaign performance across all marketing channels.
• Analyze customer behavior and marketing data to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
