Key Responsibilities
1.
Digital Marketing & Content Management
Manage and grow the Green Chicken fanpage (Facebook and other platforms), ensuring consistent brand voice and engaging content.
Develop monthly content calendars, captions, and campaign ideas aligned with marketing strategy.
Coordinate with De Heus Marketing team for artwork, visuals, and video production.
Monitor page performance (reach, engagement, conversion) and optimize content accordingly.
2. Branding & In-store Visibility
Work closely with Sales teams to enhance brand visibility across MT (Modern Trade) and HoReCa channels.
Develop and implement POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials), including signage, displays, and branding materials.
Ensure consistent brand execution across all retail and distribution points.
3. Customer Engagement
Manage all customer interaction channels including Zalo OA, email, Facebook inbox, and comments.
4. Trade & Consumer Marketing Activities
Collaborate with Sales teams to plan and execute
trade marketing programs (promotions, in-store campaigns).
Support the development of consumer marketing activities to drive sales and brand awareness.
Monitor effectiveness of campaigns and provide post-activity evaluation reports.
5. Marketing Asset Management
Manage inventory and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and promotional gifts.
Ensure all marketing assets are up-to-date, properly branded, and available to support sales activities.
Maintain proper tracking and reporting of marketing asset usage.

1. Sales Support
Support Sales teams in managing Promotion Girls (PG) in supermarket
2. SOP & Customer Experience
Manage and ensure compliance with SOPs related to customer visits to Green Chicken facilities
