Mô tả công việc
- Advise for BOD in the planning of purchasing and supplying materials for production and business activities.
- Receipt purchase request from all departments, make purchase order to submit superior and send to suppliers
- Request all suppliers give cost down activities route and find new suppliers with better price to submit superior for approving.
- Collect purchase order from customers and make quotation to submit to superior.
- Perform the tasks as greeting with customers, discuss about price and quality of product with customers
- Other tasks what related to purchasing as assignment of superior
Yêu cầu
- Female
- College or University graduation with economic, business administration and foreign trade
- Must be English fluently (TOEIC 600 points to up). Who can speak both English and Japanese is priority
- New graduates are accepted but experience person is priority
- Have good command of computer
- Must be enthusiastic, hardworking, carefully and trusty person
Salary will be negotiable.
Working place: Dong Van II Industrial Zone, Duy Tien District, Ha Nam Province
Working time: Admin hour
Day off : Public holidays, Sundays and 2 Saturdays/Month
Means of Transportation: Company bus for Ha Noi - Ha Nam - Ha Noi route.
