Mass recruiter - SPX Express

I. Job Description
Handle recruitment process, also create talent pool in the field, especially company's industry and mass recruiting
Keep track status of manpower and plan for recruitment
Join interview process to support for decision making
Update information about recruitment trend, techniques to improve recruitment process
Involve other employment branding activities for both internal and external connection
Be in charge of other admin tasks such job ads writing, data update in Human Resources system
Act as in-house consultant for other departments in manpower issues
II. Qualifications
At least 3 months - 1 year of working experience, with rich sourcing experience by using traditional and non-traditional sources of recruitment is a big plus
Good knowledge at internal recruitment process, especially mass recruiting for warehouse, manufacturing, express service, etc
Strong at communication and negotiation skills (in both written and verbal), especially experience in work with blue-collar labor is preferred
Working Time:
From Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Buôn Ma Thuộc: Khu Công Nghiệp Hòa Phú, xã Hòa Phú, tỉnh Đắk Lắk
Nghệ An: Kho VNP, Lô 13, lô 14 và lô 15 tại Số 8, Đường số 1, Khu công nghiệp VSIP Nghệ An, xã Hưng Tây
