Mô tả công việc
1. Providing Hiring Services as internal sourcing center:
- Partner with the business to understand business needs, priorities to develop appropriate recruitment plan to acquire right sourcing channel for logistics operations candidates
- Build a candidate pool who are potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management and be able to recruit passive candidates and build good recruitment pipeline.
- Be in charge mass recruitment projects to ensure end-to-end process efficiently: from mass channel build, sourcing and screening; group interview process and mass offering
- Consistently and proactively communicate throughout the recruitment process to ensure all participants in the hiring process are updated and well informed.
- Make a long-term strategy and annual plan for mass recruitment
2. Ensuring quality of hiring: Quality Control on the Recruitment Quality for all offering
- Ensure recruitment quality through hiring process and focus to build sourcing channel for mass candidates.
- Provide ideas and participate in all activities/ initiative for logistics operations engagement and retention.
- Continuously review current process, identify gaps and propose recommendations to streamlines workflows. cate with applicants by sending notifications, acknowledgement letters, notifications of job offer, thank you letters, etc. and support new employees to integrate in the early days of joining the company.
- Coordinates with the Talent Acquisition Manager in ensuring that the Recruitment process is well observed and managed.

Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 3 years of experience in the same position. Priority for candidates with experience in recruitment for logistics operations companies, insurance companies, banks, real estate...
- Graduated from University with human resource or any related major
- Proficient in office computing (Word, Excel, ...)
- Good communication and persuasion skills.
- Skills of independent working, teamwork and proactively
- Honest, hardworking and enthusiastic at work.
- Be able to work under high pressure
