Key Responsibilities
Planning and Execution
• Implement and Update Mass Recruitment strategies
• Identify and build social network to attract qualified candidates
• Proactively searching for the potential mass recruitment resources
• Work closely with teammate to delivery the target recruitment
• Proactively seeking potential clients in various channels
• Perform other tasks assigned by manager/director.

• Educational and professional background in Mass Recruitment
• University degree, preferably Business Administration/ Human Resources/ Economics.
• Over 1 year experience in Mass Recruitment (Labour Outsourcing)
• Advanced English
