Mô tả công việc
The Material Specialist is responsible to support & assist Operation Manager, Asia Material Hub in carry out job function as stipulated in duties & responsibilities and other job task or projects as when required relating direct or indirectly.
1. Able to practice general supply chain management and general supply relationship management to perform Material Management Task with all stakeholders.
2. Be part of the innovation and development materials process, initiate and or working and partnering with Suppliers, Factories, PDs / Dev Com Team and Materials Development Team.
3. Able to lead and guide stakeholders on solving and finding the optimum solution on materials delivery and quality.
4. Manage, entry data and apply materials system data information such as PLM and Amber Road SCC on job task and work.
5. Support Asia Material Hub tasks / activities as part of the Material Supply Chain.
Yêu cầu
1. A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is required.
2. At least 5 years of relevant work experience, ideally within the FMCG sector. Experience in the footwear or lifestyle industries is highly desirable.
3. Solid understanding of footwear materials.
4. Skilled in utilizing system tools for report generation.
5. Hands-on experience managing a Materials Library.
6. Strong teamwork orientation and business insight.
7. Excellent time management, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
8. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in computer applications, especially Microsoft Excel, with advanced knowledge of Excel functions.
9. Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential.
