1. Material Readiness & Supply Planning
• Ensure all materials are: Set up PO to suppliers and take care deliveries on time for mass production for components: track/update material status, delivery plan, forecast to suppliers.
• Catch up the timeline of each project, take care Gant chart and timeline of each step in developing step to in time catch up speed of materials of project.
• Review Obsolete risk for phased in-phased out models, suggest solutions to minimize deadstock.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, tax policies, and internal procedures.
2. Project Coordination (New Model in new Projects)
• Act as the main contact point for Materials management activities in new Model in new Projects.
• Follow up from beginning steps of setting up one component (Incoterm, Packing standard, MOQ, leadtime, bottle neck, sourcing process, modify mould .... to minimize risk for MP readiness.
• Coordinate with R&D,
Purchasing, Planning, Production, Warehouse, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met.
• Support BOM alignment and system readiness (ERP/SAP) before SOP.
• Prepare project status reports related to inbound logistics: Material readiness, delivery status, obsolete, air cost, critical list (late in any steps of price, quality, Homo, BOM ....)
3. Continuous Improvement
• Identify improvement opportunities in new project processes.
• Standardize best practices for future model launches.
• Improve coordination efficiency and information transparency.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
• 3-5 years' experience in Supply Chain and Project coordination.
• Experience in manufacturing or automotive environment is an advantage.
• Good understanding of supply chain processes.
• Strong planning, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Good English skills (written and spoken).
• Proficient in MS Office; good at Power BI/VBA is highly preferred.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.
