Mô tả công việc
I. GENERAL INFORMATION
- Hiring position: MD Development Manager
- Working time: 8h30 AM to 17h30 PM from Monday to Saturday, 2 Saturday off/month.
- Woking place: Bằng hamlet, Nghĩa Hòa Commune, Lạng Giang district, Bắc Giang Province (Bosideng office inside LGG textile factory)/ or Ha Noi office - 302 Cầu Giấy - HN.
- We have shuttle bus every day from Bac Giang city to working place (Pick up at Kế Petrol point, chung cư Aqua Park ...)
II. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Deeply explore existing customers to ensure completion of annual sales targets and profit goals;
- Maintain good relationships with current customers, regularly recommend new products and new processes to them to gain satisfaction;
- Approve quotations and various contracts, ensuring compliance with company requirements;
- Follow up on customer orders, manage raw materials to ensure timely order processing and on-time delivery;
- Follow up on customer payments to ensure timely collection of payments and foreign exchange;
- Build internal teams and cultivate talent to enhance the professional and overall capabilities of subordinates.

III. JOB REQUIREMENT
- Ability to implement company strategies and break them down into actionable tasks;
- Systematic thinking and goal-driven mindset;
- Capable of building high-performance teams (performance coaching, empowerment, motivating employee potential);
- Strong insight, analytical, and response capability towards customers, markets, and competitors;
- Risk management skills;
- Familiarity with Garment product categories.
