1. Test Engineer
- Setup, maintenance, personnel training, and yield monitoring of NPI and mass production product test fixtures
- Preparation of test SOPs
- Collaborate with TD to set up NPI products and introduce them into the production line
- Fabrication of test fixtures
Other tasks assigned by supervisors
2. Manufacturing Engineer
- Establish, publish, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), manufacturing specifications, and process-related documentation.
- Perform equipment buy-off, process parameter validation, production line qualification, and facilitate customer audits.
- Analyze quality excursions, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Optimize process parameters to enhance product quality, yield stability, and manufacturing efficiency.
-Execute ad-hoc assignments and strategic projects as directed by management.
3. Equipment Engineer
- Perform routine maintenance, preventive maintenance (PM), and real-time troubleshooting to ensure equipment uptime.
- Develop, track, and implement strategic plans for yield enhancement and operational efficiency optimization.
- Conduct technical training and standard operating procedure (SOP) coaching for production line personnel.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including maintenance manuals, checklists, and equipment specifications.
- Initiate and execute cost-reduction projects (CIP) and resource optimization to minimize manufacturing expenditures.
Yêu cầu
- Available for weekend shifts and overtime as required by production schedules.
- TOCFL Level A2 / TOEIC 500+ is a plus.
- Strong execution, obedience and high discipline, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills.
