Mô tả công việc
Lead the Mechanic Team to innovate automated or automatic machines that will suit the needs of the Company's rapid development, such as sewing machines, loading machines and so forth
Oversees a full spectrum of mechanic activities including but not limited to innovation, testing, components production, assembly and maintenance
Make plans and schedules of components production and assembly
Keep abreast of the latest technologies and garment-related machines and make suggestions and analyses to the management whether to adopt new equipment
Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Yêu cầu
Minimum 7 years of solid mechanic innovation and production experience, ideally from garment manufacturing industry (Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Mechanic Manager)
Comprehensive knowledge in machinery used in woven and knit garment production
Excellent command of spoken and written English (knowing Chinese -Mandarin/Putonghua as well will be a strong advantage)
Strong leadership, logical thinking and problem solving skills
Strong business acumen, communication and negotiation skills
Proactive, mature, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and team player
Willing to station in the factory in Phu Tho Province
