Key Responsibilities:
Research & Equipment Design: Perform calculations, research, and design for complex technological equipment such as Electrolyzer Stacks, Industrial Burners, and Boilers.
Integrated System Design: Design and optimize integrated systems involving pressure vessels, storage tanks, compressors, and piping. Optimize layouts to achieve the best balance between hydraulic performance, industrial aesthetics, and installation feasibility.
BOP Optimization & Integration: Calculate, select, and integrate auxiliary equipment such as pumps, valves, and heat exchangers to ensure overall thermodynamic efficiency.
Ensure manufacturability and ease of operation and maintenance from the conceptual design stage.
Qualifications:
Fundamental Thinking: Strong ability to think from first principles in mechanics,thermodynamics, and fluid dynamics to solve and optimize complex engineering designs.
Standards & Materials Knowledge: In-depth understanding and practical application of international standards for the design of pressure vessels and piping systems.
Tools & Execution Skills:
Proficient in 3D design software such as Inventor, with experience in large assembly management and parametric design.
Strong understanding and application of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning &Tolerancing) to ensure precision and proper fit in mechanical fabrication drawings.
