Mô tả công việc
* Automation project deployment:
- Calculate and prepare Project requirement document: Project process, concept idea, product CTQ parameter, machine specification, layout for the project.
- Work with, discuss and assess vendor's concept and design, quotation, and follow the design and progress of project.
- Calculate masterplan for project that suitable with the project and company production masterplan.
- Weekly meeting and solve any abnormal happens in design, assemble phase in vendor site.
- Work with Facilities, layout team to prepare area, utility items for setup the project.
- Prepare checksheet to verify the project in vendor site before setup.
- Work with vendor, process engineer, manufacturing engineer to set up and verify the project, follow and troubleshoot in setup phase and project qualification.
* Machine improvement:
- Design machine, Jig, fixture and tooling as request form Process engineering team and supervisor.
- Design part, component and assemblies to meet requirements of assigned projects, tasks and Innovation activities.
Yêu cầu
* BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in engineering major.
- 2+ years of professional experience in the design and commissioning of automation and controls systems for industrial applications
* SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- High proficiency in 3D CAD (SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of CAD modeling, drawings and machine design with experience in design analyses. Experience Autodesk Inventor/ Fusion is a plus.
- Strong understanding of structural design, mechanism, actuation.
- Knowledge of mechanical material, cutting method, heat treatment, surface treatment.
- Knowledge of mechanical standards and standard components.
- Knowledge of GD&T, mechanical fabrication drawing presentation.
- Knowledge of analyzing load, force, inertial, acceleration for the design.
- Knowledge of analyzing takt-time, machine process, takt-time.
- Experience with automation equipment (conveyors, sensors, motors, pneumatic components, motion control, Robotics programing, Vision systems...)
- Experience with handling automation projects from start to finish.
- Accept fresh students with passion of mechanical design, attending Robocon or mechanical group activity, good mindset of design.
