Mechanical Engineer (Hvac)

Handle Mechanical System service for industrial factory GC project and key focus on HVAC System.
To support engineering lead on all project activities rated to Mechanical System. Includes, project review meetings, construction meetings, and project closeout meetings
To work within the engineering team and be involved in all aspects of EPC projects from concept
design, bill of quantity, system description for construction, testing & commissioning (T&C), handover
project.
Create bill of material include quantity, material specification, labour cost according to project progress
and experience construction.
Coordinate with other team (CSA, Electrical) to create best solutions for mechanical system.
Coordinate with Site Team to solve any problem issue and technical support during construction.
Work with sub-contractor rated to scope of work and take part in meeting when arising issue.
Site survey SPGC project and create tender documentation.
Participate in design reviews and clarifications at the early stages of process and basic engineering
works.
Assist in costing and budgetary proposal estimation based on technical requirements.
Assist in feasibility studies and perform economic evaluation.
Assist in the design of various plant components, equipment, systems, etc. and be responsible for
preparation and submission of engineering design documentation, procurement packages.
Other extra work assignments from the department when needed
