Mô tả công việc
Function & Responsibility:
The ideal candidate should be an experienced engineer who is able to work independently. Engineer will handle RFQ's (Requests for Quotation) by reviewing and feedback all DFM (Design For Manufacturing) drawings, tooling design and requirement of project. Engineer will get quotes from qualified suppliers, analyzing their quotes by doing cost analyses, selecting the most appropriate one to release to Home Office in USA. Engineer will develop new products based on customer's requirement or samples; Work together with the selected supplier from tooling design through mass production; Build up specification for new products and control initial quality.
Our focus areas include Medical/Wellness, and Industrial/Energy. Our manufacturing specialties include high-precision die casting, CNC machining, extrusion, wire and cable assemblies, metal stamping, plastic & rubber molding.
The high-potential candidate will be considered to be Senior Engineer level.
*Mechanical
• Review and feedback all DFM drawings, tooling design and requirement of project.
• Deploy PPAP requirements. Co-ordinate with supplier to complete PPAP.
• Manage drawing, engineering documents and samples.
• Monitor production and solve problems in production. It's included control initial quality in supplier.
• Report to Technical Director
*Sourcing
• Handle RFQ's (Requests for Quotation); this includes finding potential suppliers, getting quotes, analyzing their quotes by doing cost analyses; qualify potential suppliers and select the most appropriate one for release to head office (USA)
• Develop new project (product) for manufacturing. It's including work with USA engineers and supplier from DFM to mass production phase.
• Manage projects to meet target.
• Control and manage changes of suppliers. It is included ECN, 5M, Deviation.
• Continuous improvement, enhance supplier to meet QCD targets.
Yêu cầu
• At least 4 years working experience in Sourcing and Engineering at factory. Experience in product designing & manufacturing, special in metal die casting, press, CNC machining fields will be preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Good English communication.
• Reading and understanding technical drawings and engineering documents.
• Ability of self-studying on new technology and manufacturing process as Aluminum die casting/extrusion; Metal pressing; Metal forging; CNC Machining, Rubber molding; Plastic molding; etc.
• Confidence, work independently, good communication and negotiating. Analytical and decision making Skills.
• Willing to travel for working at provinces, special at North Vietnam.
• MS Office, Solid Works (or any 3D software for designation), AutoCAD & Internet Application.
