Domestic and international EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) Business for various plants and facilities in the Energy, Healthcare/Life Science and Industrial Project
MECH engineer will be the project leaders and coordinate other design disciplines to delivery high quality development from feasibility study until handover of projects on time and budged
The role will have extensive collaborating across functions, internally and externally including service providers, project managements and sale & marketing department, etc. with the following key responsibility:
· Review ITB and prepare data sheets, specifications and requisitions
· Design study for specification (e.g., type and capacity) of Package or Machinery Equipment to verify ITB and vendor design when required
· Technical clarification and evaluation of vendor proposals
· Meet directly with clients, work with other engineering disciplines, vendors and subcontractors to design new systems or find solutions for Client's existing system / field problems
· Review and control of vendor engineering deliverables
· Engineering coordination between vendors, JGC engineering disciplines, construction site and clients/joint venture

· Bachelor's degree in University of Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering
· At least 5 years' experience as a Mechanical Engineer (Examples of handling equipment, see note 1)
· Applicant should have worked as a Lead or Assistant Lead Engineer for either Package, Machinery or Pharmaceutical Equipment
· Hold knowledge and understanding of all applicable / relevant codes and standards associated with example handling equipment in note 1
· Ability to deal with complex problems to be solved to minimize delays, manage changes then lead a team
· Knowledge and experience of requisitioning, technical clarifications/evaluations of vendors' proposals, engineering coordination between vendors and engineering disciplines, review and control of vendor engineering deliverables
· Basic knowledge for static vessels, heat exchangers, rotating equipment (pumps & compressors & blowers), piping, structures, electrical and instrumentation
· Good at computer and communication skills, CAD software (AutoCAD), BIM (Revit-MEP)
· Knowledge of MS Office such as WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT & VISIO
· Good English communication skills
