Working offshore on RONG DOI GAS FIELD, within a multi-disciplined operations team, efficiently operate and carry out mechanical maintenance activities on the process and utility systems as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor within the installation Safety Management. System and to the standards demanded by regulatory authorities.
Key Tasks:
• Operate and carry out maintenance activities as directed by the Mechanical Lead Technician on the process and utilities plant in a safe and efficient manner, being aware of cost effective utilization of oil production and utilities system in compliance with statutory requirements
• Maintain complete and accurate records within the Maintenance Management System
• Ensure all work is conducted in full compliance with the Company Safety Management System, including platform safety regulations and positively support all safety initiatives and improvements.
• To report any defect or inspection report to the Mechanical Lead Technician in a clear and concise manner and record all relevant information in daily logs as required
• Perform planned, preventative and remedial maintenance on equipment including the following:
- Hydraulic and pneumatic actuators
- Logic, manual, relief, control, non-return, and choke valves
- Hazardous and non-hazardous pressure and atmospheric vessels and systems
- All rotating machinery
- Centrifugal and reciprocating compressors and pumps
- Tube and plate heat exchangers and electric/liquid heaters
- Turbine driven and reciprocating prime movers and electric and hydraulic motors
- Manual and mechanical lifting devices
• Perform maintenance tasks including the following:
- Replacement of static and rotating mechanical seals, heat exchanger elements, valves and valve trims, machine rotating assemblies, drive belts, ignition devices, lubricants and other machine fluids and bearings
- Verification of structural integrity, equipment pressure integrity, equipment and machinery performance criteria and mechanical equipment isolation integrity
- Analysis of equipment mechanical malfunction
- Operation of manual lifting devices to complex rigging standards and machine tools
- Evaluation of condition monitoring data
• Working rotation:3 weeks on/3 weeks off
