CMECH is founded in the United States in 1994. We are a global supplier of window and door hardware systems, we manufacture the hinge, latches, handles and other components for connecting doors and windows. And our business clients are the manufacturer or dealers sell the door and window. Currently, we own a 70,000-square-meter production factory in Guangzhou, China, and an annual production capacity of 20 million sets.
We are expanding our market in Southeast Asia, particularly in Vietnam. Therefore, we are looking for a translator who is fluent in both Vietnamese and English and can assist our international sales team in better explaining our products to our customers and facilitating transactions.
Job description:
1. Technical solutions and drawings: Based on customer requirements, complete the product configuration plan and provide pre-sale, in-sale and post-sale technical support services.
2. Customer relationship management: Assist international sales in translation, be responsible for answering customer complaints and following up, and formulate effective solutions; if the issue cannot be resolved online, it is necessary to promptly arrange a business trip to the customer's site for handling.
4. Product and technical training: Conduct product knowledge and technical training for customers (including company overview, product selling points and advantages, hardware configuration, installation specifications, etc.); continuously optimize without training materials based on training feedback to improve training effectiveness;
5. Market information collection: Pay attention to industry trends and competitor information in the Vietnamese market, regularly organize information or provide samples to the company, and provide references for product strategy optimization.
