Plan, negotiate, and execute paid media campaigns across social channels (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Manage budgets, monitor performance, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
Research audience insights and identify the best channels and formats for each campaign.
Work closely with the Creative and Marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Analyze results, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvement strategies.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, new ad tools, and competitive benchmarks.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in media buying,
digital marketing, or performance marketing.
Solid understanding of social media platforms and paid advertising tools.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and optimization skills.
Good communication skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
