Media Planning Specialist - Digital Marketing

Proposal development & Presentation:
Develop proposals (such as: integrated communication, sales proposal, social media proposal, ecommerce proposal, ...).
Deliver presentations to clients / internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with the internal operations team to create comprehensive quotations.
Being a part of the ideation process:
Craft briefs and conduct briefing sessions.
Give input and feedback to enhance the quality of proposals.
Research new initiatives, trends, updates from the communication landscape to fuel the creative ideation process.
Analyze a range of information in detail, including demographics, socioeconomics and the market for the client's product and market share.
Understand the end-to-end financial process and execute day-to-day finance operations of own clients/vendors with accuracy.
Collaboration with partners:
Develop overall communication frameworks to help the team plan and deploy execution.
Work with the client to establish their aims and objectives.
Write creative briefs or participate in writing briefs with input and directions.
Brief the team; set the strategic angle to approach a project; provide the team with a clearly defined brief that contains concise information on the product, category, audience and strategy.
Communicate with colleagues within the agency, such as creatives and account team in the process of developing a campaign.
