Key Responsibilities
1. Medical Content Development
- Research, write, and develop evidence-based medical content for healthcare professionals
- Create and adapt content for:
+ CME/CPD slide decks
+ Webinar materials
+ Medical articles and newsletters
+ Congress and symposium summaries
+ Infographics and visual learning materials
+ Video scripts and expert interview guides
+ Case discussions and clinical learning materials
+ Short-form digital content for Z-waka platform channels
- Translate complex scientific and clinical concepts into clear, concise, and practical formats for busy HCPs
2. CME/CPD Program Support
- Support the development of CME/CPD programs, including topic research, learning objectives, content outlines, quizzes, and post-tests
- Ensure content is aligned with current guidelines, clinical practice, and educational objectives
- Prepare materials to support HCP learning journeys on the Z-waka platform
3. Client and Proposal Support
- Support BD/account teams by developing medical concepts and content ideas for client proposals
- Help translate client briefs into relevant scientific narratives and educational formats
- Contribute to content planning for pharma and healthcare partner projects
4. KOL and Expert Content Support
- Support coordination with KOLs and speakers for content development
- Prepare speaker briefs, interview questions, and content outlines
- Review and restructure expert inputs into clear, polished medical education materials
5. Quality Control and Content Review
- Review and edit medical content for accuracy, clarity, structure, and tone
- Support quality control of content developed internally or by freelancers
- Ensure outputs meet Z-waka's quality standards and client expectations
6. Research and Medical Trends
- Stay updated on medical guidelines, research publications, congress updates, and healthcare trends
- Monitor relevant therapeutic areas and propose timely content ideas
- Use audience feedback and engagement data to improve future content
Yêu cầu
- Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or related Life Sciences
- 1-4+ years of experience in medical writing, medical communications, medical education, CME content, healthcare marketing, or pharma-related content development
- Fresh graduates with strong writing skills and clinical/scientific curiosity may also be considered
- Strong ability to write and structure medical content clearly
- Good understanding of clinical practice and HCP learning needs in Vietnam
- Ability to develop or support slide decks, articles, infographics, and digital learning materials
- Strong Vietnamese writing skills; good English reading/writing skills preferred
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing digital health environment
- Experience with Canva, PowerPoint, or visual content formats is a plus
- Experience working with pharma clients, agencies, CME providers, or medical societies is a strong advantage
