Content Leadership
• Lead and manage a team of medical content specialists, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based outputs
• Review, edit, and approve all medical content for scientific accuracy, clarity, and relevance
• Guide content strategy across therapeutic areas, aligning with HCP learning needs and client objectives
2. Content Development (Hands-on)
• Independently develop high-quality scientific content including:
- Slide decks (CME, webinars, internal trainings)
- Medical articles, newsletters, and congress summaries
- Infographics, scripts, and digital learning materials
• Translate complex medical concepts into clear, engaging, and practical formats for HCPs
3. Medical & Brand Strategy Integration
• Work closely with BD and account teams to translate client briefs into strong medical concepts
• Support pharmaceutical partners in shaping educational narratives aligned with brand strategy, while maintaining compliance
• Contribute to campaign design, ensuring scientific integrity and clinical relevance
4. Client & KOL Engagement
• Participate in client discussions to provide medical input and build credibility
• Engage with experts/speakers to co-create content and programs
• Support CME program design and ensure alignment with guidelines and best practices
5. Thought Leadership & Innovation
• Stay updated on medical trends, guidelines, and emerging therapies
• Bring new ideas on how to improve HCP engagement through content, format, and learning approaches
• Contribute to innovation in digital medical education and omnichannel engagement
