Job Purpose:
This position will be responsible for the creation and execution of marketing communications and programs for the OTC line of products and will collaborate with many different departments to advance the vision and strategy of OTC product lines. The ideal candidate has a passion for the healthcare industry, the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once; eager to learn, problem solver, attention to detail, and ability to operate with a sense of urgency and flexibility.

Role & Responsibilties:
• Develop and create marketing materials that articulate the benefits of the responsible product lines, including printed leaflet/ brochure, product videos, testimonial videos, and website articles, and other communication materials.
• Develop and implement marketing/ communication campaigns with closely monitor on activities such as SEM/SEO, social media, digital campaigns, and online/ offline events. Analyze and report on the performance of campaigns.
• Collaborate with the broader Marketing team/ cross-function team to execute product launches that align with brand strategy and within timeline committed.
• Plan to develop and increase the level of understanding and awareness amongst HCPs for targeted product group. In charged of medical marketing to drive Medical marketing activities towards HCPs with the right approaches and right messages.
• Plan, coordinate with Trade/ Sale team and execute events, congresses, and webinars that focus on Medical and product education. Be accountable for ensuring compliance's rules & ethic code when working with Health Care Professionals to strengthen the company's image.
• Process for internal/ external approval of branded advertising materials with closely monitor on details and ensure the timeline and requirements needed.
• Ensure communication materials are accurate and high-quality work following brand guidelines.
• Coordinate and support for internal meetings, conferences and customers visits as needed
• In charged to process admin works for brand documents including PR/PO, contracts, sponsorships, liquidations,... according to the requirements.
• Provide additional support to line manager and participate in broader projects for the Marketing Department, as needed.
Key Working Relation:
Internal: Marketing, Medical, Regulatory Affairs, Compliance, Legal, etc.
External: Agencies
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related areas.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in the Healthcare / Pharmaceutical /OTC in the field of medical marketing.
• Experience in
Digital Marketing• Business acumen, take initiatives, have a growth mindset, and have strong problem-solving skills.
• Strategic thinking and flexibility to work in a medical industry while ensuring appropriate compliance.
• Strong inter-personal skills and collaborative, in particular with cross-functions team
• Project management, strong in organization and time management.
• Empowered and accountable.
