1. Territory management
Develop customer database with detailed records of hospital/ health center/ target organization/ health care professionals, etc.
• Evaluate, classify, and identify target customers.
• Establish & maintain close relationship with key doctors through ensuring company services to meet customer needs.
• Monitor competitors activity in assigned territory.
• Collect and report Market intelligence to line manager and marketing team.
Utilize customer database for preparing weekly, monthly & quarterly working plan, daily detailing calls, and resource allocation plan.
2. Others
• Well update of product knowledge.
• Well co-operate with other people and department.
• Ensure activities to comply with Company Business Code of Conduct and all local applicable laws within scope of function responsibility.
• Carry other works as assigned by managers

• Working experience in pharmaceutical industry from 2 years is a must
• Good at communication skill
• Gender: Female/male - (Age: under 35 yo)
• Good at time management, working plan proposal
• Persuasiveness/ Sales-oriented ability
• Positive thinking, good attitude
• University degree of Medical/Pharmacy qualification
• Good at communication in English is a plus
