Medical Representative - Pharmacy Chains

Main Mission
Build and execute business plans across assigned pharmacy chains (FPT Long Chau, Pharmacity, An Khang and Trung Sơn, MedX) by developing pharmacists' product knowledge, driving customer engagement, executing commercial initiatives, and contributing to sustainable sales growth while ensuring full compliance with company standards.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
• Execute field call plans to deliver the right scientific message to pharmacists with the appropriate coverage and frequency.
• Build strong partnerships with pharmacists, store managers and pharmacy chain stakeholders to increase product recommendation and customer engagement.
• Organize and deliver product training, disease awareness programs and educational activities to enhance pharmacists' capabilities.
• Monitor sell-in, sell-out and business performance; identify opportunities and execute action plans to achieve sales objectives.
• Execute marketing campaigns, product launches and in-store activation programs in collaboration with Marketing, Medical and Key Account teams.
• Provide timely market insights, customer feedback and competitor information to support business decisions.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance and other stakeholders to ensure smooth ordering, inventory availability and commercial execution.
• Maintain high-quality CRM data, business reports and ensure compliance with company policies and Code of Ethics..
