Mô tả công việc
Position: Medical Sales Representative - Hair & Skincare Portfolio
We are looking for energetic, ambitious individuals to join our team as Medical Sales Representatives, responsible for promoting our premium range of hair and skincare solutions to healthcare providers throughout Vietnam.
This position is based in Ho Chi Minh and will focus on driving brand visibility, cultivating lasting professional relationships, and expanding market share in a highly competitive industry.
Main Responsibilities:
Product Advocacy: Introduce and present our dermatological product line to physicians and relevant medical professionals.
Relationship Development: Establish and nurture professional rapport with doctors, specialists, and KOLs to ensure consistent engagement and advocacy.
Sales Objectives: Proactively work towards and surpass assigned sales goals through strategic account management and lead generation.
Market Insights & Planning: Continuously monitor industry movements, emerging competitor activities, and local market dynamics to fine-tune sales tactics.
Client Education: Conduct thorough product briefings, usage demonstrations, and scientific presentations to ensure comprehensive understanding among prescribers.
Performance Tracking: Compile and deliver timely reports on client interactions, sales trends, and market feedback to guide business decisions.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related scientific discipline
Minimum 1.5 to 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales, with prior exposure to skincare or dermatology-related products
Fluency in both English and Vietnamese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated strength in negotiation, persuasion, and closing sales
Highly motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
