At Bexcore Vietnam, you will be trained to work directly with:
• Leading doctors in top hospitals
• High-value medical devices (VABB, markers, imaging systems)
• Real hospital procurement processes
What You Will Learn (Fast-Track Career Growth)
• How to sell into major public & private hospitals in Vietnam
• How to communicate and build trust with doctors & surgeons
• How medical devices are approved, used, and procured
• How to manage long sales cycles and close high-value deals
• Real exposure to Korean medical technology & international partners
You will build a doctor network that most salespeople never access.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage relationships with doctors, hospitals, and clinics
• Execute sales plans for assigned territory and products:
o VABB systems (breast biopsy)
o Breast marker clips
o Other specialized medical devices across departments (radiology, orthopedics, OB/GY)
• Participate in hospital workshops, training sessions, and seminars
• Follow up on customers and support doctors during procedures when needed
• Track competitors and market activities
• Maintain structured weekly & monthly reporting

Who We Are Looking For
We are not looking for experienced salespeople only.
We are looking for high-potential individuals who want to grow fast.
- Fresh graduates with strong attitude
- Confident in communication (especially face-to-face)
- Able to handle pressure and responsibility
- Organized and disciplined in reporting
- Interested in healthcare / medical field
- Experience in FMCG / sales is a plus, but not required

Junior Sales → Senior Sales → Key Account / Territory Lead
