Mô tả công việc
Analyze, design, coordinate, document, and undertake the development of software systems for assigned products
Write, edit, and debug software for assigned products
Contribute to analysis of software products including performance, diagnosis, and troubleshooting
Conduct peer reviews for other members of the development team, ensuring that product conventions are adhered too and that requirements are correctly implemented
Work with staff and clients to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of existing software products
Work with staff and clients to identify opportunities for new software products that will be of benefit to the organization
Provide continuous support and guidance to less senior colleagues through regular coaching activities and support them in fulfilling their personal development plans
Yêu cầu
At least 3 years' experience working as Software Development, with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft .NET stack
Strong understanding of object-oriented development principles
Hands-on experiences in SQL Server and scripting
Highly proficient in ASP.NET, Entity framework, .NET Core, C#, JQuery desirable
Skill for writing reusable C# libraries
Experience with unit test development and cloud provider (Azure)
Experience working in an Agile Environment
Analysis and problem solving skills
Good English communication skills, especially in the global software development environment
Be happy to coach, mentor and train less senior colleagues
