Mô tả công việc
Support the Recreation Manager in planning, organizing, and managing daily, weekly, and monthly entertainment programs and events for guests at Melia Vinpearl Cam Ranh.
Directly supervise and support the Entertainment Team (MCs, dancers, hosts, musicians, etc.) during activities, ensuring the highest level of service quality.
Ensure all entertainment programs are delivered according to schedule, in line with Melia Vinpearl standards, and provide a satisfying guest experience.
Work closely with other departments, such as F&B, Front Office, and Housekeeping, to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of events.
Collect feedback from guests and team members to evaluate program effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and propose new ideas.
Support the management of the Entertainment Department's operating budget and ensure the efficient use of resources.
Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of Entertainment Team members.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all entertainment activities.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Recreation Manager.

Yêu cầu
Preferably, candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position, particularly within large hotels or resorts of the Group, if applicable.
In-depth knowledge of a wide range of entertainment activities, games, events, and performance programs.
Strong understanding of safety principles and operational procedures related to entertainment activities.
Excellent event organization, management, and coordination skills.
Ability to effectively plan, implement, and evaluate entertainment programs.
Bachelor's/College degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Culture, Arts, or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of a wide range of entertainment activities, games, events, and performance programs.
Strong understanding of safety principles and operational procedures related to entertainment activities.
Excellent event organization, management, and coordination skills.
Ability to effectively plan, implement, and evaluate entertainment programs.
