Job Summary:
Oversee and manage the Mechanical/Electrical/Hydraulic or Fire Engineering department. Lead the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective, and innovative MEP solutions for both local and offshore projects.
To accommodate our growing business, we are seeking experienced professionals to fill the following positions:
• 01 Mechanical Team Leader
• 01 Electrical Team Leader
• 01 Hydraulic Team Leader
Job Content:
• Develop and execute the annual discipline strategy.
• Allocate and manage resources across multiple projects.
• Lead the discipline team to deliver high-quality, on-time projects.
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders, addressing project status, risks, and challenges.
• Monitor team performance and productivity.
• Resolve complex technical issues within the discipline.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design codes, and technological advancements.
• Implement necessary changes to ensure project compliance and best practices.
• Mentor, coach, and train team members to develop their skills.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support
business development activities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Contribute to project budgeting and financial management.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, Construction, or a related field.
• Valid engineering licenses is advantage.
• Proven experience in an international engineering consulting firm is a plus.
• At least 5-8 years' experience in the discipline sector.
• Expertise in discipline service to communicate, consult, present, and negotiate with clients.
• Results and delivery oriented.
• Ability to work under high pressure.
• Problem-solving and high-responsibility.
• Exceptional project and people management skills.
• Good command in English.
• Knowledge of AUTOCAD and REVIT.
• Good in MS Office.
