Mô tả công việc
Ensure & monitor the smooth flow of binding materials to the orders as per the plan.
Ensure & monitor the smooth production and shipment.
Ensure the smooth material flow to outside sub-contractors in order to meet the sub contract plan.
Ensure to prepare all reports related to sub contact process,
Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role as and when requested by the management.
Yêu cầu
Degree , Supplier chain , Administration , Logistic
At least 3 years of experience (handling subcontract operation garment is an advantage). Product knowledge - Swim wear/ Active wear /Sports wear
English communication skills
Negotiation skills : ability to negotiate favorable terms and condition with sub-contractors.
Attention of detail: Legally and operationally sound , Daily production follow up and address to suppliers.
Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with internal teams and external subcontract teams
Analytical skills: ability to analyze the performance metrics.
SAP knowledge as added advantage of the position.
