Mô tả công việc
1. Product Strategy and Vision:
- Define product vision and objectives: Establish overall direction and specific goals for the
product, ensuring alignment with the business strategy of each sales channel. Ensure product
objectives align with overall business goals and market needs.
- Market research: Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitors to identify
opportunities and challenges.
- Develop product roadmap: Plan the product development journey from concept to launch,
including key milestones and timelines.
2. Product Development and Management:
- Gather product requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders (customers, sales, technical teams) to
collect and define detailed product requirements.
- Develop product documentation: Create detailed descriptions of product features and
functionalities, including requirement documents and technical specifications.
- Manage development process: Oversee and track product development progress, ensuring effective
cross-functional collaboration and timely execution.
3. Market Research and Analysis:
- Customer analysis: Study customer behavior and needs to shape products that align with market
demands.
- Competitive product evaluation: Compare the company's products with competitors to identify
strengths and weaknesses, driving product improvement strategies
- Collect customer feedback: Utilize surveys, interviews, and usage data to gather insights
and refine the product accordingly.
4. Sales, Inventory, and Promotions:
- Manage OTB budget: Oversee Open-to-Buy (OTB) budget for the financial year and allocate it
monthly.
- Sales and inventory tracking: Monitor product performance, inventory turnover rates across
categories, and plan promotional activities.
- Develop promotional campaigns: Create strategies to boost sales through discounts and marketing
programs.
- Evaluate promotion effectiveness: Track and assess the impact of promotional campaigns, adjusting
strategies as needed.
Yêu cầu
Education & Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management or related roles.
- Proven track record in managing the product lifecycle and delivering successful products.
Professional Skills:
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
