Manage end-to-end order follow-up for footwear collections (Spring-Summer & Autumn-Winter seasons)
Coordinate with factories on production timelines, samples, and delivery schedules
Communicate daily with European clients regarding order status, technical issues, and approvals
Review and track tech packs, spec sheets, and product development documentation
Identify and resolve production issues proactively, escalating when necessary
Prepare reports and summaries for internal and client review
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
2-4 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in footwear
Fluent English - written and spoken (mandatory)
Mandarin Chinese is a strong advantage
Solid technical knowledge of footwear construction and factory processes
Advanced Excel skills (tracking sheets, reporting)
Experience working with European brands or buying offices is a plus
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
Professional email communication skills and formal client correspondence.
