Department: TNF Apparel
Reporting To: Merchandise Manager and Senior Merchandiser
Work Location: Hong Kong
Key Purpose of the Job:
1. Follow up the Production activities
2. Daily communicate with all regions planners, vendors and TNF teammates
3. Execute the buy, buy plan, Push out, Acceleration and Air request
4. Monitor the production status and ensure goods ship On Time per the confirmed CRD
Key Area of Responsibility:
1. Seasonal line review and follow up in place to ensure all products meet VF product & safety standards
2. Buy Plan & Actual Buy Analysis to encourage level loading with better buying pattern. Pre-alert to seek solution for fluctuation / capacity constraint
3. Demonstrate strong operational skill to execute buy promptly, assure smooth order execution & vendor PO acknowledgement
4. Execute, push out, acceleration, air request with vendors effectively
5. Surcharge analysis and negotiation to aim for the best interest of customer
6. Monitor the Pre-production sample submission and ensure sample comment deliver to factory for production timely
7. Follow up material and production test with vendor
8. Connect closely with vendor/Material team/Sourcing to enforce material quality management
9. Deliver at 98% Vendor OTP through pp tracking, problem solving and production tracking (weekly PSR monitoring or on site tracking)
10. Timely exception reporting & system maintenance

* Minimum Relevant Experience: 3 years
* Minimum Academic Requirement: Diploma in Textile or Clothing or above. Major Subject: Textile or Clothing
* Required Professional Qualification: Preferable Textile/ Clothing certification or above
* Required Written Language:

2: Chinese Fluency: Local Level
* Required Oral Language:
