Job Description:
• Space Planning: Optimizing display space by determining product placement based on size, category, and other factors to maximize shelf area utilization.
• Product Placement: Deciding how to arrange products on shelves to attract customer attention and increase purchase likelihood. This includes classification, prominent product positioning, and arrangement according to customer shopping habits.
• Data Analysis and Adjustments: Utilizing sales data and consumption trends to analyze the effectiveness of current display layouts. Subsequently, adjusting the arrangement to align with changing demands and optimize performance.
• Compliance Checks: Ensuring that in-store display layouts adhere to brand guidelines, merchandising regulations, and corporate standards, thereby maintaining consistency in customer experience.
• Promotions and End Cap Display: Designing and arranging promotional areas and end cap displays to highlight discounts, promotions, or new products, thus attracting customers and boosting sales.
• Coordination with Suppliers: Collaborating with suppliers to ensure products are adequately stocked and displayed according to their requirements, while also supporting special promotional programs when needed.
• Customer Experience Optimization: Ensuring that display layouts are not only visually appealing but also easily accessible, helping customers find products conveniently and creating a positive shopping experience.
