Responsibilities:
Assist in managing assigned categories (e.g., Liquor/Wine/Tobacco).
Maintain and update product data, SKU database, and system records.
Support stock replenishment, allocation, and inventory control.
Prepare reports, analyze sales and inventory data, and consolidate information from relevant teams.
Coordinate with stores, branches, and internal departments to resolve merchandising, promotion, and sales performance issues.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Logistics, Marketing, Finance, HR) and HQ.
Support promotional planning and execution.
Liaise with vendors/brands; prepare meeting materials and recaps.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Vietnam Customs regulations.
Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Merchandising, Logistics, or related field.
From 6 months of merchandising or buying experience preferred.
Fresh graduates with strong academic performance are encouraged to apply.
Good command of English (written and spoken).
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
