Identify, pitch, and onboard restaurant partners onto the platform
Manage and grow relationships with F&B merchants
Monitor performance and propose solutions to drive revenue growth
Handle day-to-day operational issues and merchant inquiries
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives and improve performance
Analyze data and recommend strategies to optimize portfolio performance
Yêu cầu
At least 2-3 years of experience in a related role.
Experienced in handling and dealing with partners & customers.
Multi-tasking and able to work under pressure and constantly changing environment.
You have written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
You excel in experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects, with the capability to offer comprehensive solutions for diverse customer needs.
You can integrate business, strategy, finance, and legal concepts to manage complex, multi-faceted deals.
You can collaborate with both internal and external teams.
