Mô tả công việc
We are looking for a MES Middle Developer with experience in PowerBuilder 12 to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and be capable of designing, developing, and maintaining MES applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain MES applications using PowerBuilder 12.
Work closely with manufacturing and IT teams to understand business requirements and implement solutions.
Optimize existing MES processes and troubleshoot system issues.
Integrate MES with other enterprise systems (ERP, SCADA, PLC, etc.).
Ensure data consistency, security, and performance in MES applications.
Provide technical support and training to end-users.
Document system architecture, processes, and best practices.
Yêu cầu
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in MES development.
Strong expertise in PowerBuilder 12 and SQL databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, etc.).
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, workflows, and MES best practices.
Experience integrating MES with ERP, SCADA, PLC systems is a plus.
Proficiency in object-oriented programming (OOP) and software development methodologies.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.
Nice to Have:
Experience with SAP MES, Rockwell FactoryTalk, or Siemens Opcenter.
Familiarity with Industry 4.0, IoT, and automation technologies.
Knowledge of PowerBuilder 2017+ is a plus.
